At Studio 22 Sports, we offer two distinct options depending on your program’s goals: a Team Picture Day focused on clean, professional portraits for team representation, banners and graphics, and a Media Day designed to create dynamic, high-impact content for social media, marketing, banners, and program promotion.
Both options are fully guided, professionally lit, and designed to deliver elevated, consistent results for your athletes and program. Photos are typically delivered within 2 weeks in an online gallery to download from.
Option 1: Team Picture Day
Includes Digital Downloads w/ Options to Print
Team Picture Day is designed to create professional, polished portraits suitable for banners, program graphics, print use, and official team representation.
Each athlete receives:
• One professional setup (single backdrop or on-court/field lighting setup)
• 3–5 fully edited individual portraits made available for digital download with print options
• Clean, creative, professional posing guided by our team
• High-resolution images suitable for:
-Banner printing
-Program graphics
-Posters and prints
-Social media use
Team deliverables also include:
• Perfectly posed formal team photo (including coaches)
• Additional creative team photo variations
• Consistent, professional lighting and styling across all athletes
Best suited for programs who need:
• Banner and graphic-ready portraits
• Clean, consistent individual athlete images
• Official team photos for programs, yearbooks, websites, and facilities
PRICE: $25 per athlete with a $500 team minimum. A minimum of 20 athletes required or team minimum applies. Additional athletes may be added at the per-athlete rate. Example: 1-20 athletes for $500, 21 athletes for $525.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We can take a payment in one lump sum from the team representative or organization or we can send out a secure online link for per-athlete payments. Payment is due prior to picture day.
Option 2: Media Day
Includes Digital Downloads w/ Options to Print
Media Day is a full content creation experience focused on producing dynamic, high-energy visuals designed specifically for social media, marketing, banners, and promotional use.
This option emphasizes creativity, personality, and visual storytelling with the use of special lights and effects.
Each athlete receives:
• Individual portraits
• Multiple creative poses and setups
• Mock action and stylized portrait options
• Fully edited, social media and web ready images
Team and group deliverables include:
• Creative group shots
• Buddy and teammate photos
• Formal posed team photo with coaches
• Creative team poses
• Expanded variety of visual content
Additional Media Day content includes:
• Behind-the-scenes video clips
• Professionally edited social media reels posted in collaboration with the team/organization
• Short-clip video content ready for Instagram, TikTok, and program promotion
Best suited for programs who want:
• Social media content
• Recruitment and promotional material
• High-impact, modern athletic branding
• Content to use throughout the season/year
PRICE: $50 per athlete with a $600 minimum. A minimum of 12 athletes required or team minimum applies. Additional athletes may be added at the per-athlete rate. Example: 1-12 athletes for $600, 13 athletes for $650.

**Print prices for these banners depend on size and can be printed on your own or through us. These prices are for banner graphic creation and digital delivery.
