Q: What if our organization wants to pay for the photo packages?
A: If your organization is making a single payment for the packages, or if it is covering a portion while the athletes pay the rest, please reach out to us for a custom payment link that aligns with your payment plan. Teams and organizations can choose to pay for partial packages or make a full payment towards the total package cost, which will result in a discount for each athlete through customized payment links.
Q: How do we choose an image for our athletes' Add On Banner?
A: After all the images have been edited and delivered, we will ask you to “favorite” the photo you'd like to use for your banner graphic. Along with the image being “favorited”, include the requested information, such as the athlete's grade, year, position, nickname, and so on in the comment section. Once we receive this information, we will create the graphic and provide it to you through the online gallery link.
Q: How long until we get our images back from the session?
A: 2 weeks from picture day to delivery day.
Q: Can I order prints?
A: Yes! Through our online gallery platform, or just download the images and print wherever you’d like. We would suggest avoiding places like Walgreens or Walmart, as they don’t always turn out the best or run true to color. Costco, Shutterfly, Focal Point Photography in Dallas, and Photo Vision Prints in Salem are all great printing options.
Q: When do we pay for the session?
A: Payment in full is due prior to the photo session time. As long as we have received payment for the Athlete, we will take their photo and deliver their photos!
Q: What sports do you photograph?
A: ALL OF THEM! Our portable equipment and lighting allows for us to set up any time of day/evening, inside or outside.
Q: Do we need to provide anything extra for the session?
A: Nope! Just the athlete in their uniform and bring along their tools (bat, ball, helmet, footwear, etc.) If your athlete wants to incorporate something special or different with their sports uniform then feel free to bring it along!

Q: Do you have a studio?
A: YES! Our studio space is equipped to accommodate individual athletes and small groups/teams. We are located in downtown Salem. If you dont have a court or field to shoot on, we can reserve our studio space for the shoot! Check us out on instagram @Studio22.Salem
